Mixity at the European Diversity Awards
The European Diversity Awards is one of the continent’s most prestigious and widely respected #DEIevents which recognizes individuals and organizations whose outstanding leadership has made a genuine difference to the equality, diversity, and inclusion agenda.
On Thursday, November 11 in London, our Mixity team had the pleasure to be part of this prestigious Diversity and Inclusion event with the participation of our clients SThree and Vivendi.
Our collaboration with Vivendi in the organization of our Workplace Inclusion Forum which took place in France last July to launch our International Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Index has been very fruitful. This index is an international first and will enable companies, such Vivendi, Orange, Labeyrie Fine Foods and many others to come present in different regions of the world, to measure the performance of their diversity and inclusion policy and impact. This, thanks to the generation of a DEI footprint and key indicators on Gender Equality, Disability, Ethnicities, Ages and LGBTQI+ aspects.

For this great 2021 edition of the most prestigious DEI event , Vivendi has won the “Media Diversity Champion of the Year” award and this is an amazing recognition of our collaboration.
A "special big up" to Jaleh Breadea, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Vivendi's Group, who is among the main international D&I heroes, involved in engaging a global impact for inclusive workplaces, thanks to her actions and engagements.
